Lay LLC ("we", "us") operates the Lay app. Your work stays on your device. We do not operate servers that collect or store your data.
The AI feature is opt-in and requires you to provide your own API key. When you use it, your prompts are sent directly to the AI provider (Anthropic or Google) under their privacy policy. We do not proxy, store, or have access to these interactions.
API keys stored in the app are protected by Face ID / Touch ID. We do not collect analytics, use third-party tracking SDKs, or send any data to our own servers.
Lay is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
